The Micro Airflotation Cell (MAC) is a high-performance solution designed for industrial effluent clarification. It effectively removes suspended solids, BOD, COD, oil, and grease from wastewater, offering a compact and energy-efficient alternative to traditional clarifiers.
Using micro air bubbles generated within the flotation cell, the MAC unit binds and lifts suspended solids to the surface, where they are easily skimmed off. Heavier particles settle at the bottom and are collected for disposal or reuse. Coagulants or flocculants may be added to enhance solid separation.
Unlike traditional DAF systems that are rectangular or round, spil has developed vertical mac model that ensure reduced civil footprint and better solid -liquid separation due to its height.
